PROJECT
PROFILE: An
accomplished Real Estate Developer and General Contractor,
David Robinson had spent many years searching for
a prime location for his next project. While surveying
the Junaluska Highlands area in his helicopter, he
found his heaven on earth. When he decided to showcase
the development in it's infancy, Quality QuickPrint
and Image Magic were given the challenge of taking
the box of 35mm snapshots he'd taken during his survey
and conveying his dream with future residents.
Image Magic proposed an 11x17 folio-styled brochure
to feature the dream-like views of Mr. Robinson's
latest Real Estate Development ... scenes that gave
one the impression that they were looking into a 3-D
Maxfield Parrish painting. We went forward with that
thought in mind.
IMAGERY
& DESIGN: Image
Magic delivered concept, design, copywriting, and
pre-press production from that original box of 35mm
snapshots. Special challenges were producing the 11x17
full color spreads Photoshopped from small 3x5 photos,
especially the center spread with it's montage of
3 photos selected to create the skyline background.
Although the online thumbnail images fail to reveal
the exceptional quality of the high resolution print
folio, the transition of those 3 photos is flawless.
The text was carefully crafted to convey the unique
beauty and ambiance of this unique property.
The client was delighted and the folio was reprinted
for several years.

and the existing Lake Junaluska Resort, while instilling
the vision of dream-home ownership among majestic
